drink station subway access taiqbin service
I found the complimentary drink station on the first floor quite refreshing. They kept it stocked with a nice variety of beverages. The subway line near the hotel provided easy access to both Gion and Fushimi Inari. I also appreciated the availability of TaiQbin service at the front desk. It made luggage transport very smooth.
The hotel's location is a little bit of a walk from the main train station.

poor ventilation wet window
the location suited my needs for walking and it was also close to the subway.
the room was small for three adults i think the room ventilation was not good and the window was wet every morning water literally was on the window and sill i am amazed there was not mould to be fair

Wonderful experience
friendly staff clean rooms free drinks
The front desk staff were friendly and ready to assist. The rooms were nice. They were also very clean. The hotel offered a cozy space for meals along with free drinks. I found the hotel to be a great choice for my needs.
The room lacked sufficient soundproofing from outside traffic. I could hear cars passing at high speeds, which affected my sleep. This issue needs addressing .

The lounge area provides complimentary drink machines. This includes both hot and cold beverages, what a plus. There is also a cafe on-site. It added to the convenience. Overall I found the dining options enjoyable.

The twin room had comfortable beds. It also offered sufficient space. Fresh towels and amenities were provided daily for each guest. The room was cleaned every three days. This kept it tidy. I think the space was well-kept.

The hotel is a short walk from the central train station. This made arrival and departure very convenient. There are many convenience stores and restaurants located nearby. They provide many dining options. The location safe area.

I found the hotel clean. The room and common areas were super clean. Staff provided useful pre-arrival information and quick answers through messages. I especially enjoyed the complimentary coffee and drinks available in the lobby.

the hotel provides free drinks.. i enjoyed sodas, macha, cocoa, and coffee from the vending machines. the staff provided helpful guidance and tips regarding sightseeing places, which i found awesome.
my room didn't have glassware to drink water, nor did it have plates or cutlery. i think it's a bit inconvenient if guests have to go to the lobby to use the shared microwave and eat.
